The entretien
There is no better place for the maintenance or repair of your Fautras than at a FAUTRAS dealer or authorized service center.
However, to allow you to carry out maintenance or repairs independently or through another repairer, Fautras can provide you with all the necessary technical documents or plans upon request to sav@fautras.com or by contacting the network with which we have a document transmission agreement. Don't forget your companion booklet during your visit.

The accompanying booklet
Our maintenance advice is included in the owner's manual provided upon delivery of your van. This manual allows you to keep track of your trailer's maintenance.
This logbook should be considered part of your van, and should always accompany it.
The notebook consists of three parts:
- The user manual You will find information here on how to use the equipment on your trailer.
- Warranty : Read this section carefully to fully understand your rights and obligations as a van owner.
- The maintenance log Your trailer must be serviced and maintained by an authorized dealer or repair service center. This logbook also allows you to keep track of your trailer's maintenance activities.
