That was the phrase I heard every time I had to load a horse into my father's single-horse trailer; he was a horse dealer in Saumur. The time wasted removing and replacing the ramp was more than compensated for by how easily and quickly the horses loaded without it. From listening to our own needs to listening to yours, it was only a small step to transforming the ramp into a door...
